Care in every room

Know what to expect
before we arrive.

Start with the standard checklist. Deep cleaning adds detail work; moving cleaning adds care for the inside of an empty home. Your estimate makes the final scope clear.

01 Standard cleaning Room-by-room checklist

Living areas & bedrooms

  • Remove reachable cobwebs; dust fans, fixtures, shelves and furniture.
  • Dust blinds, sills, artwork and electronics using suitable methods.
  • Wipe switches, mirrors and accessible glass surfaces.
  • Vacuum carpets and accessible upholstery; mop hard floors.
  • Make beds; change sheets when fresh linens are supplied.
  • Empty wastebaskets and replace supplied liners.

Bathrooms

  • Clean sinks, faucets, counters and mirrors.
  • Wash tubs, shower surfaces and toilet interiors and exteriors.
  • Wipe cabinet fronts and frequently touched surfaces.
  • Dust accessible ledges, fixtures and vent covers.
  • Empty bins; vacuum or sweep and mop floors.

Routine care for maintained surfaces. Oven and refrigerator interiors are add-ons to this plan.

02 Deep cleaning Standard clean + detailed care

Living areas & bedrooms

  • Complete the standard room checklist.
  • Hand-wipe exposed baseboards, door frames and doors.
  • Detail reachable blinds, sills and interior window glass.
  • Give corners, ledges and accessible furniture crevices extra attention.
  • Spot-clean washable wall marks where the finish allows.

Bathrooms

  • Complete the standard bathroom checklist.
  • Work on accumulated soap residue around showers, tubs and fixtures.
  • Scrub accessible tile and grout surfaces.
  • Detail trim, cabinet fronts and the area around the toilet base.
  • Wipe reachable vent covers and window surfaces.

  • Wipe empty closet shelving and vacuum closet floors.
  • Clean exposed edges, trim and floors after furniture is removed.
  • Detail reachable sills, blinds and interior window glass.

Bathrooms

  • Complete the deep bathroom checklist.
  • Wipe inside empty vanity cabinets and drawers.
  • Clean exposed shelves and storage surfaces.
  • Check fixtures, mirrors and floors for a final touch-up.

Kitchen

  • Complete the deep kitchen checklist, including appliance interiors.
  • Wipe inside empty cabinets and drawers.
  • Clean accessible pantry shelves and floors.
  • Finish counters, sink and exposed floor edges.

The home should be vacant, with belongings removed and water and electricity available. Appliance moving, repairs and debris hauling are not included.

Choose your schedule

One time: a single refresh. Weekly: frequent upkeep. Every two weeks: a regular maintenance rhythm. Monthly: periodic help between your own cleaning. A deep clean may be recommended before recurring visits begin.

Customize your visit

Add oven or refrigerator interiors, interior window glass, or empty cabinet interiors to a standard clean. Cabinet interiors in an occupied home can also be added to a deep clean. Tell us which rooms matter most; your estimate lists inclusions and any additional charges.

All tasks apply to accessible areas and suitable materials within the agreed rooms. Heavy furniture and appliances stay in place. Exterior windows, carpet extraction, restoration, hazardous cleanup and high-access work are outside these plans. Sorting belongings and creating storage systems are part of our separate professional organizing service.

A place for things.
Room to breathe.

Organizing focuses on what you own and how you use your space. We help you sort belongings, decide what to keep, group similar items and create practical systems you can maintain.

Sort & simplify: work through belongings together and set aside items you choose to donate or discard.Arrange & label: give everyday items a practical home, using existing storage where possible.Build a routine: walk through the setup and simple ways to keep it working.

You make every keep-or-let-go decision. Cleaning is a separate service. Storage products, shopping, hauling and donation drop-off are not included unless specifically agreed in your estimate.

A few helpful answers

Good to know.

What is the difference between cleaning and organizing?

Cleaning removes dust, dirt and buildup from surfaces. Organizing involves sorting belongings, deciding what to keep and creating storage systems. A cleaning visit does not include sorting closets or decluttering rooms; those are separate organizing projects.

Which cleaning option should I choose?

Choose standard cleaning for routine upkeep, deep cleaning for more detailed attention to buildup and trim, or move-in / move-out cleaning for a vacant home. Tell us about your home's condition so the right starting service can be confirmed.

Are appliance interiors included?

Standard cleaning includes appliance exteriors and the microwave interior. Deep and move-in / move-out cleaning also include the oven and empty refrigerator/freezer interiors. Empty cabinet and drawer interiors are included in moving cleans and can be requested as extras in occupied homes.

Is there a flat base price?

We prepare personalized estimates rather than advertise one price for every home. Cleaning is quoted by the agreed visit scope. Organizing estimates account for the hourly rate per organizer, team size and expected session length. Rates, any minimums and extras are confirmed before booking.

How should I prepare?

For cleaning, put away personal items so surfaces and floors are accessible, and share any product or surface-care needs. For organizing, you do not need to pre-organize; plan to be available for decisions about your belongings. Storage products should be discussed before you buy them.

Can I request recurring service or both services?

Yes. Cleaning can be requested weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Organizing can be planned as a single project, multiple sessions or a follow-up refresh. If you request both, each service receives its own scope and price.

Does this form send an inquiry or book an appointment?

No. The planner prepares a request you can copy; nothing is sent or booked. Online inquiries will become available once business contact details are connected.
